Horse's Neck - 1

	2 oz Brandy 5 oz ginger ale 2 dashes bitters long strip lemon peel
	mixing instructions:
	Place the lemon peel spiral in a highball glass and drape one end of it over the rim of the glass. Fill the glass with ice and pour the brandy, ginger ale and bitters into the glass. Stir well.
