This wine shows a bit more developed vibrant combination of pear and mineral along with the balanced acid showing excellent quality and demonstrating the best of the Verdejo varietal. With notes of spice, guava, mango and lychee fruit. Sweet up front, yet dry with racy acidity.

Great as an aperitif wine, works with pasta dishes, fresh prepareed fish dishes and all kinds of chicken dishes. Pasta dishes with shrimp, scallops, mussels in a steamed cream sauce and poached fish as well and chicken dishes with cream sauces or rich broth with summer vegetables.
