| An Ideal Evening The cava granGesta Brut Nature stems from the COVIDES' vineyards with the selection at its optimal maturation point of the best varieties of Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada grapes. After a well cared elaboration and magnificent blending of the wine, it has been fermented for a second time in bottles in our wine cellars. The standing time has made its ever so characteristic bouquet even finer. Of a pale yellowish colour and a good formation of bubbles, fruit and aged aromas. In the mouth it is dry, pleasant and very round. |
