Colour: Pale straw with slight green overtones. Bright and clear.

PalateALATE: In the mouth it is fruity and fresh.Good acidity with a round and nice finish.

Syrah reaches its potential in Extremadura. The Señorio de Alange Syrah is an exquisite example of what is attainable from this grape if the process of winemaking is carefully controlled.
Colour: Dark violet ruby colour. Bright and clean.
Nose: Spicy balsamic aromas with plumy and earthy notes.
Palate: Great flavour intensity, revolve around blackberries and black plums, freshly cracked black pepper. Nice tannins, good complexity, smooth and silky texture.
Food Pairing:
An ideal wine to accompany pastas, grilled steaks and barbeque. |
