VINIFICATION:
Using handpicked grapes, there is total de-stemming, fermentation at a moderate controlled temperature and daily pumping over.

AGING:
Aged in American Oak barrels for 3 months.

TASTING NOTES:
Intense ruby red. Good intensity, black fruits, with floral notes. Elegant and complex.
