| "Tanrei Junmai " is the latest Junmai-shu of Hakutsuru. Using the finest rice and pure natural spring water from Mount Rokko, it is fermented with Hakutsuru's unique technique, "Keikai-tsukuri". It is characterized by its smooth and semi-dry taste.
With food
Matches dishes with a light, salty or rich taste. Tempura(with salt), Yakitori(chicken cooked over charcoal, salt flavored), Shabu-shabu, Sushi, Broiled fish, and Roast beef.
Temperature
Enjoy "Tanrei Junmai" in a wide range from cold to warm/hot, and sweet/dry changes can be enjoyed depending on the temperature. |
