Vinification : Very soft pressing. Fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 15 C.
Second fermentation according to Charmat Method at a temperature of 15 C.
Color : Pale straw yellow.
Bouquet : Wide, fruity, it has all the typical Prosecco fragrance
Flavor : Soft, slightly sweet, savoury, well-balanced, with delicate fruity notes
Matching : Perfect as aperitif with appetizers and fish. Serve cool at 6-8 C. |
