| Made with Sangiovese and a small amount of Canaiolo, it is vinified in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats and concrete vats at a fermentation temperature of 28° C. It then spends time in steel tanks (30%), sessile oak casks (50%) and barriques (15%). It is then aged for 12 months in wood and blended together in steel tanks. Bottled in February 2001, it was released onto the market in March of the same year. Total production was 135,000 bottles. |
