Crémant is a designation for some French sparkling wines that are not from Champagne, but are made using the traditional, champagne method. There are seven regions, or appellations, within France that are allowed to use the Crémant designation, and Alsace is one of those. The Lucien Albrecht Cremant D’Alsace – Brut Blanc de Blancs has aromas of apple, fig, citrus and flower blossoms. It has a creamy and bubbly mouth feel, with a crisp apple flavor.
