We’re taking it to another level with the Substance Riesling this year. Racy acidity, complimented by sweet fruit, although still a dry wine. Peach, apricot and tropical flavors set off by a bit of earthy funk. Grand Funk, We’re an American Band kinda funk. G-Funk Regulators Mount Up! kinda funk. We digress….intense and focused like Klose and Poldolski, stomping the Brazilians, Argentineans, Spanish, Italians and don’t even get us started on the French. Balanced with long length |
