This is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon from the Columbia Valley...Big fruit, cassis, and tobacco with overall balanced tannins. Single Vineyard grown. We only produced 200 cases this year, it is sure to go quick!

This excellent value Cabernet is made from 100% Walla Walla Valley fruit obtained from the Lefore Vineyard in Milton-Freewater. The winemakers blended in 4% Malbec sourced as well from Lefore Vineyard. The wine shows lots of bright cherry flavors both in the nose and in the mouth. This is a good value,medium bodied Cabernet Sauvignon wonderful with hearty meat dishes as well.

Tasting Notes
This wine showcases the beautiful balance of tannins and acidity in the classic Mirage Vineyard Merlot. Palate shows leather and anise with pomegranate, tea and pie cherries

Balboa Winery's cat's Meow red blend is two-thirds cabernet sauvignon, most of the rest malbec. A clear, tangy, red fruit-laden style, with some nice flesh on its tart, acid-driven bones.
