| Trapper Peak Mule Shoe Merlot |
| |
Our latest release, the grapes for this Mule Shoe Merlot come exclusively from the north slope of Mount St. Helena Vineyard, at the head of the Napa Valley. The terroir and climate, with its hot days and cool nights, make for small berries with intense flavors.
Our Merlot begins with aromas of cocoa and toasted almond butter, then explodes in your mouth with blackberry, black currant, and a hint of plum ham that lingers through the long, silky finish.
As the TPW Merlot leans towards the bold end of the spectrum, it lends its hand to dishes that have a little more salt and acidity to their name. Our favorite matches are Corned Beef, Cured Ham (Wild Boar for the adventurous), or a sizzling plate of your favorite fajitas! Whatever the choice may be, enjoy the ride and y’all come back for more. |

| Trapper Peak Rodeo Red Cabernet Sauvignon |
| |
As the flagship of our winery’s portfolio, Rodeo Red, was blended to fulfill every Cabernet lover’s desire. Intense crimson hues are backed by aromas of dark cherry, cocoa, and ripe berries. It proceeds to hit your palate with the delicate flavors of flathead cherries, a hint of cedar, and a finish of soft pipe tobacco. This full-bodied wine warms your soul like a cozy tamarack fire in the Rocky Mountain back country.
This approachable Cabernet pairs best with red meats such as beef, lamb, and venison as well as ripe vegetables, sharp cheeses and sweet sauces. Its bold tannins and lively acidity enable this wine to naturally compliment most rich, savory and sweet dishes. |

| Trapper Peak Sittin’ Bull Petite Sirah |
| |
This 100% Petite Sirah was crafted from the finest Petite Sirah grapes grown on the North Slope of Mt. St. Helena, at the head of the Napa Valley. We age our Petite Sirah more than two years at the base of Trapper Peak, at an elevation of over 4000 feet. Barreled in 80% American and 20% French Oak, it invokes the very essence of Montana. And that’s no bull sittin’!!!!
Due to the heavy tannins and ripe fruit flavors of this wine, it pairs best with red meats such as steaks, burgers, and wild game. Cream sauces, bitter cheeses, and low acid pastas pair nicely as well. The concentration of ripe fruit aromas also lend themselves generously to well paired desserts such as chocolate dishes, fresh berries, and butter based cookies. |
