| With smooth and supple tannins this is a soft, silky Merlot shows bright cherries followed by espresso mingling into a plush, silky mocha finish.
Cupcake Merlot is a full-bodied yet smooth merlot displaying supple tannins. This is a softer, silkier Merlot with a good balance of oak and fruit. It starts with flavors of red cherries that evolve into decadent flavors of cocoa and espresso mingles into a plush, silky mocha finish.
Pairing: This wine pairs well with pork tenderloin with a port-fig reduction sauce or a decadent chocolate molten cupcake. |

Moderated by the Pacifc Ocean, the distinctive topography and climate of this sun-drenched region yields some of California’s best world-class wines. We source our pinot noir grapes from some of the fnest vineyards on the Central Coast, to ensure the grapes develop in optimum growing conditions--warm days and cool nights.
Winemaker Notes:
Our Cupcake Central Coast Pinot Noir has the aroma of cherries carries through the palate with a touch of red currants and a hint of spices. It’s reminiscent of a cherry cupcake with currant coulis.
Food Pairing:
Ths wine pairs well with lamb kabobs, smoked sausage, or your favorite mushroom risotto

| Red Velvet is reminiscent of a blackberry chocolate cupcake with a mocha coulis. It shows an incredible nose of chocolate, deep rich blackberries, red fruits and a creamy mocha finish that is unmistakable in its intensity and length.

Our first blended red wine for Cupcake has over the top aromas of chocolate, deep rich blackberries, red fruits that follow through the palate to a creamy mocha finish that is unmistakable in its intensity and length. It’s reminiscent of a blackberry chocolate cupcake with a mocha coulis.
Production Notes:
Our Red Velvet is blended from Zinfandel, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah, each variety lending structure, aroma, depth of flavor and a long creamy finish to this wine. The grapes are harvested from some of the finest vineyards of California’s viticultural areas, each picked for their ability to engender these grapes with distinct characteristics that will add to this blend. Each varietal is fermented separately and later blended and put through a unique oak regime that imparts a certain creaminess. This unique wine has subtle flavors of chocolate with mocha notes, red and blackberry fruits and a hint of coconut.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with sweet and spicy Hoisin steak, a barbecue bacon cheese burger or even dark chocolate fondue.
