The Aviation Cocktail
In a pint mixing glass, add:
2 oz. Aviation Gin
¾ oz. Maraschino Liqueur
¾ oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Add ice, shake and serve up with a Luxardo cherry

Pepper Delicious
In a pint mixing glass add:
2 thin red bell pepper rings and 12 mint leaves
And hand press with a muddler
2 oz. Aviation Gin
¾ oz. Freshly squeezed lime juice
¾ oz. Simple Syrup
Add ice, shake and serve up with a thin bell pepper slice and large mint sprig

Corleone
In a pint mixing glass add:
5 green grapes and hand press with a muddler
1 ½ oz. Aviation Gin
½ oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
¾ oz. Simple Syrup
1 dash Orange Bitters
Add ice, shake and serve up with a green grape on the rim of the glass

Cadenhead's Old Raj Gin is distinctive in that it contains a measure of saffron, the rare and costly spice derived from the crocus flower.
